Overview: In this class, we’ll talk about why outlining can be important, the different kinds of outlines, and one of the best organizational methods found. You’ll learn how to come up with a concise idea for that HUGE one that’s in your head and why it’s important. We’ll also talk about what comes next, how to build that idea into something larger and more coherent
In this class, you will learn the basics of outlining, including:
-Why outlining can save you time
-What a three act structure is
-How to write a concise description of your idea and why that’s important
-Where to go from there
All students must bring something to write with and write on. Pen or pencil and paper are recommended, rather than an electronic device
